The flavor of honey changes throughout the year! Up in Northern Central Ohio we have a few hive that have visited the Kudzu plant. The honey has a very distinct grape taste when unmixed with nectar from other flowers. It has given us a really nice variety of tastes this fall. Vermilion always comes thru with unique flavors.
